Pipe Organ Construction

The toe board was drilled using pipe hole templates, drawn using a computer program written by me.

The toe board is made from a high quality 4X8 sheet of plywood.

The upper side of the console opens up for very easy access for servicing.

 

The drawknobs were made by Reisner. The key contacts were made by Peterson.

At present the organ only has two ranks of pipes. The chest, winding system and switching system is completely finished for all eight ranks.
